Need Help Modding Team Fortress 2 [PLEASE READ]

I am very desperate to mod this game. I know it is possible, because I have seen a few people doing it.

I posted in the Xbox 360 version, so it is that version that comes on The Orange Box.

well there was a limited edition version of the orange box that came out with some bonus features packed on the disc thats why i asked i will look into it for you tonight
