FIFA 11 Squad Update 4-29-2011 for non-Xbox Live users

Instruction:

1) Open Modio 3.0 (if you don't have it, please search Google to download Modio)
2) Open the file you've downloaded
3) Checking your profile id and device id, then click rehash and resign
4) Insert this modded file to your HDD or USB stick using Modio Explorer
5) Play FIFA 11 and load the squad file.

It works for banned console and non-Xbox Live console... If this isn't working, please tell me and I may able to help you...:-c

tried it exactly as you described it, I don't see any squad changes in my FIFA11. And I deleted my squads and loaded yours...and nothing.
