Here is my early game save with 49 rank wins. all you need to do is win 1 online ranked match and you will get the title for 50 rank wins.
This save may unlock a few trophies upon load but i am not sure. The save is only at chapter the start of chapter 2 or 3 in the story mode.
So you may have to play the 1st few chapters of the game for those trophies before you use this save.
You could then continue to use this save and get the rest of the titles if you want to do it properly.
For the s rank boss trophies i think you could just replay the any boss battles i have beat and earn an s rank.
