Diablo 3 UEE Weapon & Gear Request

I recently got Diablo 3 UEE for XB1 and I'm afraid that I cannot get the modded gear from my xb360 version as my console is jtaged.
If anyone can help me with some awesome modded gear. I would truly appreciate it
