Im not sure if undelete 360 works with this but this is the only way to connect your hdd to your pc.

If anyone figures out if this works with the 360, let me know. When I updated to the new dashboard, the update deleted a bunch of my save files, including my Borderlands files (which I had well over 500 hours in to, at least three to four days for each character).

It'd be nice to recover those, as well as the other files of mine it deleted.

i tried that didn't work i thought plugging in your hdd into the computer would work also but nope

How does this work?

If you shift+delete ('permanant' delete), or empty the recycle bin, it doesn't null out the data, it just flags the file table that it can be written over. Recovery programs like this can recover the data, as it is still there. The faster you try to recover it, the better, as there is less chance of some or all of it being overwritten, and obviously you should save onto a different device.

This is an awesome tool I always wanted something like this I have deleted so many things by mistake the I always wish i could get em back i always wonder if there were such a tool thanks for sharing Seph I know I'm a little late but better late then never :D

Thanks Sephiroth it's always nice to have a tool to help with mistaken, mislabeled or accidental deletion of saves or profiles. It's better to have a tool like this and not need it than need a tool and not have it because your local ISP is down for maintenance.
