Here's what I'm looking for it to do, and not do:

TO DO
- Record HQ Video And Audio
- Be With In $0 - $80 In Price
- Software To Be Compadible With Windows 7 Ult x86(If Not Ubuntu, Windows XP Pro SP3 x64)

Not Do
- Don't Want To Use A Stupid DVD Recorder
- Don't Want To Use A Stupid Cam

Thanks for any insight to this matter.

Oh and one more thing. I just saw this while doing a quick search via our friendly snitch "Google". I was woundering if anyone knows if its worth the cash. Anyway here's the link to it.

What kind of input are you wanting to record from (RCA, SVideo, Composite, HDMI, etc.) and do want an internal card or external usb?

I haven't used the Raxio one personally but I've read good things. I'd recommend looking for a card that records raw video (doesn't encode/compress beforehand) then you can use any program you'd like to record such as Sony Vegas or Adobe FMLE. The Pinnacle Dazzle series have some good internal/external models. Have a look through the TV Tuner sections of TigerDirect (http://tigerdirect.com), NCIX (http://ncix.com) and Pinnacle (http://pinnaclesys.com); may want to read some reviews before considering aswell
