Drag and drop the file into any modding program that has id editing accessability.
Replace your ids with its ids.
Save/Rehash/Resign
Drag and drop back into memory unit /or hard drive.

I dont have the previous Gears of war 3 beta folder anymore. this what happened. not knowing i need the save i deleted everything. i had a VIP beta code and played it long before they announced you need to keep the save file. can i still use the save to get the unlocks?

as stated in other thread, the beta gpd would more than likely also be needed for this to work.
now if you were to also provide that along with this save that would be awesome.

I have a .gpd from the beta, BUT I still haven't gotten any beta unlocks to work even after I resigned everything with all 3 id's (even the console id)
I would love to get Cole & the flaming weapons, but I got a new console and my playerdata doesn't seem to unlock anything :(
Everything shold unlock with this save once we can get it working...

I could see this working on a gamertag that did play the beta but on ones who have not wouldn't they have a bigger risk?
