Though much of our attention is on full retail releases like The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, every so often a WiiWare game looks too captivating to ignore. MotoHeroz, from RedLynx (the makers of the XBLA game Trials HD), is one of those titles. We now know when the game will be available for download -- next Wednesday, September 15.
MotoHeroz is an accessible racing that is as much about platforming as it is about speeding to the finish line. RedLynx has built in just enough manic unpredictability that you will often think of Nintendo's Mario Kart while playing it, even though the games couldn't be more different.
Best of all, the game features an addictive multiplayer component. Up to four players can play locally, or single players can test their skills through online leaderboards. What's more, the stages available for competition will change frequently.
