Dead Island achievement bug

Whenever I get the achievement "I want one of those" it automatically keeps saying can't save and gives me an error your storage device has failed, and it afterwards doesn't seem to save. Unless I exit game and go back in. but every time It keeps popping up and doing that when I customize the 25th weapon.

Any ideas what this might be or how to get by this?

Most likely a problem with your profile, recover it live and see how you go on.

I have actually tried that. I almost moved it from my memory unit, to the actually hard drive to see if that made a difference. Nothing different happened.

I can't get the level 30 achievement. I hit 30 and nothing. i beat my head against the wall forever trying to figure out why still have no idea why

yea this game had lots of bugs in it, like i should have gotten the there and back achievement but it didnt pop up -_- 71 out of 72 lol

Think your right, isn't there one for getting level 25 and then one for level 50?

the same thing happened to me, to fix that problem i just re selected my hhd for saves and it worked fine after that

I was having the same issue and i thought it was just this achievement so i went ahead and continued with the game and just didn't customize the 25th weapon or whatever... So i went a little further and another achievement popped up and of course same error again.. I had to completely sign out and back in for any of my other game achievements to show back up... When i signed back in and started the game back up i was in the same place i left off BUT I HAD NO ACHIEVEMENT and i cant go back to the city to get it because i have went to far in the game!!!!

Has anyone figured out what's going on with this? or anyone know of any KNOWN patches that are coming to fix the save, error and achievement problems?

I think they are going to be releasing a few patches soon cause i know they did one for the pc version.
