The PlayStation Blog reports that new firmware -- 3.72 -- will be available "soon" for the PlayStation 3. As seasoned players know, "soon" usually means in a few hours, so expect it tonight. Firmware 3.72 has something to do with system stability and improved network services, so get excited for that!

Latest hack is 3.55 so u can imagine we never going to play new game any more

Stability fix is their codeword for hack fix. Cause there are downgrade methods for 3.70 to 3.55 so you can jailbreak it. So this would presumably seal that hole.
