ive seen both and there terrible i think it's the movie most craapppy ever <3 I Admit This One Looks Way Better but the other two i did not like personaly

but the director got super rich in the first one. they only rented the condo for a month and it cost around a 1000 to make and it made millions. this just proves that low budget movies can be very succesful.
