1. Make a copy of your save and put it in a folder called (Game save copy) an one on desktop.
2. Extract all the contents of the herosave file with horizon.(Desktop save)
3. Put them all into one folder.
4. Open the herosave.bin file in the tool.
5. Mod the save how you want.
6. Delete the save that you extracted the contents from, keep all the bin files.
7. Go to the folder where you have your copy of the save at and right click it and copy(DON'T MOVE JUST COPY FOR SAFETY).
8. Paste it on your desktop and open it with Le Fluffie.
9. Replace the hero.bin and checksumsave.bin in Le Fluffie.
10. Now go to security tab and push fix.
11. Place back into HDD or USB

The tricky part is rehash and resigning the save.

Yes you guys might want to use Le Fluffie or Xbox 360 Hash Block Calculator to fix all the errors that happen, its a good mod tool and great game, just has that 1 problem that corrupts your save if done wrong

That's a great idea! I do suggest that wait until you have your Hero Sword readily available before you mod your save. Not sure how you feel about this, but when I edited the extra damage value and made it 15000 - i basically am now wielding a one-hit weapon that can kill anything it touches. Pretty cool stuff!

I hope this tool work great. Thanks very much
Edit: When I try to extract file, my antivirus (Kaspersky 2011) says : Found "Hoax.Win32.ArchSMS.htsd" in fable3_save_editor.exe

hey there, the editor works fine but when i change the extra damage values to 15000 or to anything for that matter . it has no effect . is there any extra steps that you did that i did not?

Hay guys i'm kinda a little confused with this SGE. I get how to open the save and everything but what I want to do is change weapon damage and EXP and all that stuff. What value do I change in the list. Is it the float, or the ojb value. Please someone help me.

Can anybody explain how to work the file posted in the original post? I open it by double-clicking and it doesn't work. I think I have to use command prompt, but I don't know how. The GUI shown in the video is not available in the attached .rar. the capt. jack version says all the values are 1, and I know that can be... step by step would be nice.

Yes. Unfortunately, the most recent patch causes the game to automatically corrupt when the save is moved from one device to another. There is no way to fix it so that corruption doesn't happen. This means that mod tools like these are now only useful for the first load; the second time you attempt to load a modded save, it will corrupt.

It works fine for me. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit.

Awesome editor dude. Thanks for sharing. Glad this game is free on the xbl marketplace. I noticed in the editor that it has Invulnerable and Can't Die.The values are set to 0. If I change that to 1 will I be invulnerable and cannot die. I actually modded only the health, invulnerable, can't die, and money. Did not want to mod the seals. I want to earn those. After modding what I wanted, the save loaded with no errors, or corrupted data so far on the 1st try.

Actually the game kept freezing. I'm going to mod it again with the dlc and see what happens this time.
EDIT: I modded my save with the save editor. At the time the file size was 9mb. After modding it was reduced to 3mb. Not sure why. Anyway, I modded my save when i was in Brightwall and am now in Bowerstone Industrial with two backup saves on my laptop. All I do when i'm done playing is I save in the sanctuary, loaded up my unmodded save on my hdd and then I dashboard. My save still works despite the failquest files listed in the contents.

I know this thread is incredibly old, but is it possible that someone could perhaps be kind enough to make a list of other relevant stats we could edit, like damage, attractiveness, and modifying the weapons levels?

I'm curious as to find out how you found it. I'm not very well schooled in those terms. Could you guys post a video tutorial on how others can do the same? It would be greatly appreciated for sure.
