Possible Dead Rising2: Off the Record save editor?

From what I've seen, Dead Rising 2 was able to get hacked with such things as 1 hit kills, tons of money etc. I was just wondering if the same could be done for OFF the Record.

The best thing we can do is take a save from someone with a JTAG who uses the trainer I think, hexing the game is just too difficult. There's already a thread for a save that people have kindly uploaded.
