Oh hi guys haven't been on for a while so might as well make a post. What do you think of my new system I am getting, BF3 finally made me upgrade be cause my current computer is old and whilst playing the beta for PC the frame rate was unbearable I was getting 20 FPS and it was laggy as anything.
So here are my specs:
Intel Core i7 2600K
ASUS Maximus IV Extreme Z|
Corsair CML16GX3M4A1600C9 16GB (4x4GB) Vengeance DDR3
Hitachi Deskstar 7K3000 3TB 7200RPM
LG CH12LS28 12X BD-R Blu-ray DVD Combo Drive
OCZ Agility 3 120GB SSD 2.5"
Silverstone Strider 1200W ST1200
2 X EVGA GeForce GTX 580 SuperClocked in SLI
Thermaltake Level 10 GT LCS Case
The water cooling system in the case will be upgraded at a later date with more rads and some GPU water blocks but that will do for now. I tried to future proof the system as much as I could, so hopefully this computer should be good until another game comes out that forces me to upgrade.
