does anyone know how to edit the carry weight for oblivion on xbox 360?

The easiest (or i guess least complicated) way to do this is to edit your STR value - the stronger you are the more weight you can carry. Either fortify using enchantments or edit your STR using one of the available editors. Hope that helps...
