Remember when Halo: Reach launched -- all the way way back in 2010 -- and Microsoft asked us to visit a special website and contribute to a "living monument?"
You may better recall the marketing (http://www.joystiq.com/video/ab360ab6) that went along with it, but it would seem Microsoft is prepping a similar campaign for Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary (http://www.joystiq.com/game/halo-combat-evolved-anniversary).
Fusible claims to have stumbled upon Halo Living Monument (http://fusible.com/2011/11/microsoft-is-launching-a-halo-monument-online-for-its-combat-evolved-remake/), a site Microsoft seemingly set up and registered only weeks ago, and took the above screen cap. And, sure enough, a month ago, Fusible caught the registration (http://fusible.com/2011/10/microsoft-may-launch-a-living-monument-online-for-halo-combat-evolved-remake/). A quick who.is search (http://who.is/whois/halolivingmonument.com/) shows the domain in question is registered to Microsoft.
With Combat Evolved Anniversary only a few weeks out, we anticipate we'll be seeing the site launch soon. Like, now. Now? How about now?
