Its pretty awesome :D I for one am making 2 saves when i get it on Thursday night at 11:59pm lol :P one where im a werewolf and the other where im a vampire :D

it technically should be because once you opt to be a werewolf, you are given a spell that turns you into a werewolf. and being a vampire is a constant effect. ill have to try it the next time i play :)

100% disease resistance is granted to werewolfs, vampirism is a disease :(
Still you can just add the perks manually with hax later, i assume theres a mechanic to block it the other way as well otherwise a vampire>werewolf switch seems to be doable.
Werewolf is perfect for those situations when you're trapped, fall back a little, activate the power and bitchslap everyone and feast on their corpse.
Only downside seems to be you can never get the well rested bonus from sleeping, a small price to pay.

You join the companion's guild and then join the circle.

Well you can be both werewolf and vampire the ring of Hircine is in the game so get vampire-ism and do his quest btw I found a glitch to get both his items ask me and ill tell you

Do you revert to and from Werewolf form or are you it permanently?

You revert to human form after 1 in game hour if you don't eat or just wait
