it took me a lot of trial and error to get this to work so i haven't tried to change the amount of lock picks, weight, etc. but if you were to change the amount of weight you can hold it prob. wouldn't be to easy because numbers under 1000 seem to give you 100 or so results and then you have to either guess or figure out which one is the correct instance to change. But i'm sure you can change the amount of lockpicks if you put a lot in a barrel then try this.

i tried doing it the same way with the picks. it didn't work. i only had 43 picks when trying it & when i did the same steps as the gold it looked a lot different & when i loaded the game back up nothing had changed. as i said, this is the first time iv ever hex edited. i wouldn't know where to began trying to find what values are what.

I can't get this to work. Tried it 5 times and it's always the same amount I put in the barrel. Does it matter how much money you keep and how much you put in the barrel? I have 2934 total, put 2924 in the barrel, held on to 10. Otherwise I'm following all the steps in the vid. Here's my save if it matters: http://www.MegaShare.com/3714631

Thank you so much.
For those of you having trouble a couple things to keep in mind.
1. When you search you are going to have four five or more entries unless you have a really unique number.
2. On the video the line 007sonic adujsted had an "$" symbol all the way to the right. So after you enter in your number of good keep pressing F3 until you get to the value with a "$" all the way to the right on the text line than change it. It works, I just did it a little while ago and I have the latest updates so that isn't a problem.

IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE AND ARE USING MODIO:
Some folks out there are having trouble with this process using modio and that's because your ID's aren't valid. Make sure you check your console and your device ID before you rehash and resign. If you see an ID with a bunch of "202020" in it...then it's wrong. I ended having to use XP GameSaves Resigner to fix the problem.

Ok..i actually modded my save, and this time work.
the problem was that I had 1032 gold in barrel ,and came out of three results ,i edit the first because in the right column was written the word gold, however i was wrong...the second result was to change.

ok guys another tip.. im sure most of u already figured this out, but this doesnt just work for gold. i put 1 grand soul gem into the barrel and opend my save. i went to the line where the barrel was with the gold in hex workshop which in my case was 0005475e and sure enough was the 01000000 line which means 1. i changed it too 1000 and sure enough i have 1000 grand soul gems! obviously if u search for 1 you'd get a million results so u need to use somthing like gold so u can have a real high odd number too find the location of the barrell
than again everyone

You just save after you change the value to "FF FF FF 00" i never pressed and ok button but if you mean that when you search for your amount of money and it gives you that error then that means that the number your looking for isn't in the game or in your case you didn't put that amount of gold in the barrel
