Skyrim Save Game + Achievement Questions

Good day guys,

I started playing Skyrim on a secondary profile and before i realized I had already spent over 25+ hours in it. I changed the owner of the savegame to my primary gamimg profile but the past achievements have not been activated.

How can I make the system realize I am like level 30 and yet I do not have the achievement for level 5 and so on?

You just have to reach another level spend some perk points

You can't, I'm sorry to say. To gain those past achievements you'll need to make a new save and unlock them or just mod them.
