What kinda programming tools do you use?

Here is what I use:
Visual C++ 2010 *
Visual C# 2010
Visual Basic 2010 *
Code::Blocks
Notepad++ *

* Denotes favorite.

uhm...
so you ask what our favorite IDEs are... but you name 3 programming languages, 1 IDE and 1 editor (as i wouldn't really call notepad++ an IDE)

anyway...
to answer your question... it depends on what i do...
for programming tools i use Visual Studio (obviously as i like to program in c#)
and editplus for web development (again this isn't really an IDE it's just an editor like notepad++)

and i think many of the programmers here on 360haven use visual studio

Alight I actually get what ur saying, what I meant to ask was your favorite programming tool. lol sorry for the mix-up

As for what most people use, do u think anyone uses Delphi?

I rarely use it so that's why I didn't list it on my list

I use Visual Studio, leaning towards C# and C++ sometimes VB depending on the task.

Visual Studios 2008 :D - Framework 1 - 3.5 - C#, Native C/C++ & Visual C++, VB(I hate it!)
Visual Studios 2010 - Framework 4 (TPL - only) - C# only
Ecplise - Java
Netbeans - Java
Mono - C# (Cross Platform applications only)
Others - XML & SQL
