Speed test. Good or bad?

I was reading random posts and I came upon someone's siggy. They had the speed test on it. So I connected mine to San Diego. 150 mi away.
This was my result. Is lower or higher better? I am not too smart when it comes to networking stuff.

yeah your upload speed isnt too good but mine is worse lol, your download speed is about 15mb/s better than mine, i only get about 5mb/s download speed XD

Higher upload and download speeds are better because it means your connection is faster. Lower ping is better because it means your connection is more stable; ping is the computer geek word for lag, so the lower your ping, the less lag you have (which is good).

I don't know how much my internet costs. It's provided to us by the employers. (It's an apartment complex)
But damn! I wish I had high upload speed. Then but hey! I rarely experience lag. So all is good :)

HOLY Sh....t! Look at that download speed. You make my internet look like utter crap. Ahaha!
How long does it take you to dl a movie? Better yet. I'd love to have that for watching with Netflix or Crunchyroll. Man! I hate the effin lag and the wait when that screen pops up in Netflix. I wanna rage and throw my chair at the tv. But then I would be out of a tv and the internet would have won.

we had comcast. they do suck. we would lose connection just about everyday.
