I'm still new to the whole modding aspect of gaming. Up until now I've only used my own save files, and today I finally downloaded a save to use, but...I don't know how exactly to change the save so that I can use it on my own profile. I'm sorry if this sounds dumb, but I do have modio, I know how to take my profile off my xbox, I guess I'm just scared I may screw up my profile. but back to the topic at hand, does anyone have any tutorials, or can give me some easy to follow instructions?

since you know how to mod your own save files it should be quite easy for you to grasp the rest of the things needed ^-^
i don't have/use modio but here is what you need
first you need your own save file... doesn't matter which...
you need to copy the profile and device id from that save file
then all you need to do is paste them in to the save file you've downloaded
that's about it... rehash/resign the save* file and put it in your xbox... and you should be able to load it... ^-^

oh yea... i recomment using "CONcept" for this it pretty easy to use and should make the process easier (just 2 - 3 clicks)

Right now I'm trying to do it in Le Fluffie...because Modio said that the file I was trying to update wasn't a valid file type. The Device ID went in perfect, but now when I try to copy and paste the Profile ID's, it keeps resetting whenever I click out of the box I paste it in.
well as i said.. can't help you modio...
but if all fails... try it with CONcept... you can find it in the moding program forum --> .:: CONcept ::.
i think its the best program for this kind of things and for rehashing/resigning... ^_^

I prefer .:: CONcept ::. and Con Manager
