They've already picked out a new title for said project, and it should be known from hereon out as Dark Soul. This was confirmed in this week's issue of Famitsu.

Still no official word on when Dark Souls will come out for the PS3 and Xbox 360, but Namco Bandai has promised a 2011 release window.
