By the way: I looked on the APP.DAT through HxD and found something interesting starting at address 0002BC20. I found the characters available through your editor and more. The most interesting stuff were the three other Lightnings inclusive a DLC-one, two Sazhs inclusive a DLC-one, Team NORA Members Gadou and Lebreau and last but not least Mog. I remember that you found Mog as he was one of the pictures you have released in December. I wonder why he isn't included in the editor... Anyway it could be cool to have even more playable characters available in the editor. It might be worth to check that out.
I'm going to be giving the party editor another run through. When I added lebreau and gadot, the game just froze so I didn't include them. Mog may be a possibility. The party editor was already a little glitchy so I didn't want to push it too far. Next run through I'm going to try to get rid of some of the bugs, and maybe add a few more characters. :)
Its just part of the game. Keep looking around in that area, you'll eventually find the way to progress. :DQuote:

Will somebody take a look at my save file? I don't remember messing around much with fragments or artefacts, but I can't seem to talk to Tipur or Myta in Archylte Steppe anymore. I'm trying to collect all the fragments in that area and battle those monsters but the two NPC's won't talk to me. All I had left in that area are the "Fragment of Invincibility" "Ochu Fragment" and "Yomi Fragment". It might have had something to do with the modding but I'm not sure.

I've selected map 1 to 15 from the editor but nothing happens ingame, I think it is for 100% maps.
I can't do the USB one since my USB is only 1GB and I don't really understamd the other 2 methods.
Can you give an easy step by step guide for a noob like me on how to use it?

No, I'm at episode 4 at the moment. I just thought I'd get the fragments faster for a certain quest in the game. aaaaah I can see a painful future full of headaches ahead T_T .
which crazy mods can be used that won't get you banned on xbox live? i.e which can and can't be used. any feed back is much apreciated. loving the editor even more than ff13-1 editor. oh, and on another note... can a ribbon's cost and immunity be changed- i.e ribbon 40% cost 100 = ribbon 100% cost 10?
@Shengtu: I don't think it's possible the ribbon's properties are a part of the game. But then, that's just my thought.
I have a question, it just came to me. If I use the items modifier to obtain some fragments, will it be properly displayed as obtained in the fragments list in-game and on historia crux?
Say for example, I use the item modifier to obtain all the fragments from sunleth scape 300 AF (JUST AN EXAMPLE) will they be displayed as 2/2 in the crux?
Did I hear right that they were gonna try and boost more options for PS3 version of this game? I know that this is an xbox 360 forum and nothing against system comparisons, but that would be great! I know the time consumptions and all but if you can i'd be most grateful to see the same options the 360 has for the ps3 versions.
I don't know if this has been asked before, but will there be an update that will let us add monster in so that I don't have to hunt and capture it? And also something that will let us edit our monster passive abilities?

eliminate possible problems...
1) install ff13-2 to hard drive (if you have'nt done that already)
2) load game, and while your at the historia cruz press x and select a new save position.
3) load from new save position, try changing the weather.
4) close gate to aclytte stepp at historia cruz, re-open and take it from there.

This is a great editor, but for some reason, it won't let me open my second save file. I keep getting an error screen come up saying that the value is not valid. It'll open my first save no problem, but nothing else. I'm confused and I'd really like to use the editor on this file specifically. Any help?
Ive been trying to use your editor and i set everything up that i want click save and at the bottom it says it has but i cant find where it saved it?
