I think there are 4 at the moment. Omega, Lightening, Amodar, and Sazh. Although Omega is more of a pre-order bonus at the moment.

Ah ok thx for the info. I imagine that more will come out at some point. Just have to wait and see.

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
I was hoping to have my new Bank Card through the post today so I'd have a save with Sazh for you, but it didn't so I'm a tad annoyed =\

If you get the name, I'll include it in the Key Item Editor as well. Thanks for your help.

yo echelo if i delete my dlc lightning and amodar.... can i re download it so i could tame them again ?? at least as an temporary solution till the editor is fixed ??? the only thing that i couldnt do anything was that i dont have lightning anymore... so i was thinking about that way... let me know please
EDIT:
YESSS
people this does actually work if you have DLC (really dont know if it was already told... sorry if yes) but if you have an DLC you delete it from your xbox then play a little then save, re download it and go to the coliseum and you can tame lightning, omega or amodar again i finally have that girl on my party.... that was so frustating not having her now i have everything i wanted, components, material and super monster stats hope this works for 1 or 3 people

Thanks, I was getting frustrated playing earlier trying to complete a few bestiary entries and completely forgot to glance at this. Those damn shambling cie'th and that inertial barrier crap.

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
IS there a download link to this? I dont see it. So with this, you can finally get Lightning in your party? Awesome!
Edit: Nevermind just saw the other posts. Hope its ready soon.

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
I realize that you are fixing some stuff, which is why you took down the link, but I was curious if:
InvalidArgument=Value of '98' is not valid for 'SelectedIndex'.
Parameter name: SelectedIndex.
is one of the issues you are fixing, along with it saying only Fang has stats instead of the normal 2 chars that are in a normal save. If so then nevermind, but if not I'd be glad to send over my save to help if it could.

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
You had me jump off my seat for a moment there. I hope it gets fixed soon :want !: I do have a question though cause I didn't get to try it yet, does the items modifier include the usable items and the weapons too?
EDIT: Never mind, I re-read the first post. Gotta get my eyes checked (U-_-)

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor

EDIT: Never mind. I have this one coded in already, just need to name it. it was key_fortune :)
There is 1 more DLC Key item I don't know the name to so everyone look out for it. It goes by "key_casino_dice".

I don't remember any items from the dlc other than fortune medal and the monster crystal. The only dice related item I remember was the dice fragment for sale/trade in the non-dlc casino.

Was shorter then expected, didn't take that long and I figured I would get it done before the freezing came out of my face from the hospital.
Really hoping this will be done by tonight, I have 100% it, but I feel like screwing around :P

Thank you. Just in time. I was just about to make for release with Sazh just maxxed. But this will be better people can choose to max sazh if they want. Any chance you have tezcatlipoca, omega, lightning, and amodar as default?
I can probably get omega as default, and perhaps lightning and amodar too. I heard they take a while to capture though. and damn tezcatlipoca, I battled it like 100 times without capturing it. So I just used a generic patch for it. But if you or anyone has default unupgraded tezcatlipoca, please post your saves. :D

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
I'm working on Lighting and Amodar right now and as soon as I get them I will upload my save, and then later tezcatlipoca (I say later cause of how many times I might have to close the gate) And I don't have the Omega DLC wish I did but nothing I can do :/

I'll get Omega. :) Thanks for your help.
EDIT:
Ok, got default Omega in editor now. Default Sazh was added from your earlier save too.

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor

Ya I'm not upgrading them or anything, and update I have gotten Amodar now for Tezcatlipoca, and when I get that I will upload my save again. I'm expecting this to take at most half-hour to an hour

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
Tezcatlipoca may take a little longer then expected v_v, Just went and checked that it has a 3% tame rate >_>

Yeah, I tried like 100 times or so to capture it.

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
Ok a guy asked how to get the tezcatlipoca monster crystal on gamefaqs and someone answered this "Don't use feral link to finish the battle; you see the percentage when you use it? That's an added percentage to the base amount of capture. Say it was a 3% capture rating and the feral link hit 300%, you've basically added an extra 9% chance. Don't use it once, use it several times. I suggest using Odin because he can land upwards of 900%. But if you really want any monster in the game with astonishing capture ratings, use a green chocobo and set your paradigm to MED/MED/MED and constantly cheer to raise the gauge. Then spam Feral Link to victory." just wondering will this work?

I tried this, I even poked the feral link constantly in memory so I could just keep using the feral link over and over. Used feral links like 20 times in 1 battle, and still no capture.
-
Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
The only truly best way to catch him is to save the game before you encounter him and keep battling him till he eventually drops the crystal. It can take up to an hour doing this, but I do remember gaining his crystal including his other rare counter parts by having my monster landing the last attack on him for the kill. Feral Links help increase the drop rates, but they aren't always needed. When you look at it either way it just falls on pure luck. Of course Odin could raise your chances of obtaining him significantly higher and faster than without him

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
I tamed Tezcatlipoca, I will edit this post and upload my save in a couple minutes. :D
Here we go, took about twenty tries and didn't even need to use a feral link in this battle.

Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
Last thing I'm adding is a "Normalize Stats" button for the monster editor. So you can patch all monsters in as they were if you just caught them. There's also a max stats button for monsters too. For now max stats just maxes their stats, not their abilities, I may add another one to max their abilities too. For a future release, I will put in ability editors for all monsters as well. And one more thing. If you have more than 1 of any kind of chocobo, for now, this tool is only going to leave you with 1 of each kind. I may fix this in a future release and make the monster editor more like the weapon, accessory, and ability editors. This will allow you to possibly put in many duplicated of each kind of monster, as long as your monster total does not exceed 200.
