I did weapon/monster material/component/item editor(Max all), unlock all roles, I changed AP to 255 for Noel/Serah. That it, I didn't touch anything that had to do with the timelines or historia crux it thats what you mean. I have a few backups thankfully lol. Could it possibly be the ''unknown weapons'' that were added to my inventory when I hit max weapons?

The only thing I can think of atm is that you have an incompatibility issue with winmm.dll. When the tool first loads, it plays a sound file using winmm.dll. It could possibly be that you don't have that dll, or that you need to update your windows media player. I'm just going to throw a exception handler around it so if you don't have that dll or for some reason that is causing the issue, it won't cause any errors.
If it was that, wouldn't the command prompt to run as administrator still come up?

do you have a legal windows 7 OS?
pirate versions tend to leave some things out. that could mess it up for you

That is a heck of a lot of components, glancing at the strategy guide, I don't see most of them, they appear to be from the first XIII game.
Is there any way to tell what version is uploaded in the first post without repeatedly downloading it? I don't see a last edit date or a version number (outside of an old screenshot).
Other question, based off the 1.11 editor, maybe it is different now, is there a way to just unlock the beastery records for that fragment quest, or a way to just add specific fragments (I'll be damned if I'm doing the slot machines again on my second runthrough)?
I'm interested in playing around with adding skills to Noel and Serah, curious as to how they'll behave with some of them. Probably won't get a chance for that until tonight.
Edit: For the record, the editor loads fine and loads my dlc game saves fine, windows 7 64 bit.

Maybe. Remove wea_noe_031 to wea_noe_034 and see if that helps. Or just try to edit your save a little bit at a time, until you get the error again. When you do, let me know what little bit of the editing messed it up.

Building in support for Title Update 3 in the memory editor as we speak.
Just so everyone knows, I've only tested the memory editor with the PAL game. It may work for the other regions too. We will find out I'm sure. If memory is mapped differently per region, I'll provide a fix for it in the future. Right now just got to finish up support for Title Update 3. :D

Ok, I only added 2 weapons for serah and noel (Arcus Cronica & In Paradisum) and the same problem happens. I also notice Modio is taking a long time to save the file back to my USB. It usually takes about 1-2 secs but after I mod the save it's taking at least 20 seconds to save it.
Edit: Tried to add it back to USB with horizon. This time I only added CP(100000) for Noel/Serah, still the same issue.
