I verified the error, its STFS error because save was modified previously (not with our editor), to fix do what I said above.
Yes it worked. Can't believe it was such an easy fix lol. I made about 10 backups of the bad save file and never thought to create a completely new one. Thanks for your patience and help!
Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
Thanks for releasing the editor and keep up the good work. Now on to my questions:
Is it Normal that Lightning and others have such a ridiculous amount of abilities? I want to depower them and make them more fair by removing some abilities but the editor doesn't seem to have right options for that. The other question is how do I add monsters like Phosphoric Ooze or Glyptodon? I pretty sure they are not normally obtainable.

To reduce the amount of abilities, just open each characters ability editor, and start from near ability 192, and select "Empty" in each slot. You can fully customise them this way.
As for phosphiric ooze, and glyptodon, or any monster for that matter, to unlock them just make sure each of their stats are greater than 0.
Re: [FINAL] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save Editor
I used the editor and it works great! All I did is just edit some quantities of monster materials, build materials, atb levels etc. I wanted to try some simple things to make sure the save does not become corrupt.
Here is my question: I downloaded Lightnings dlc, how do I get her into my party using this editor? Also, how can I give myself a couple of more crystarium points?
Thanks and great job with the editor!

Lightning is in the monster editor for the DLC. Just install the DLC, and save your game, go to monster editor, give lightning stats, and sha-boom!
