83000000 is the basefile like the games xex file its more like the physical memory you can find the same date in the Virtual memory. Info bases on the the 4 games i've working on so far./

Yeah i've never got around to using it. I think it only works with the basefile to.
Btw the maker modified xpp.dll thats cool I wonder what all has been done other then what they posted. Probably made by T3CH but IDK.
