I have no idea why this happen for you but something are wrong with the directory. Get sure you never remove any folder from the Tool directory.Try extract the Tool again.Or try run the Tool from another place I saw you run the tool from E/drive maybe this are the error.

Nice Editor Pure. 1 quick question though, I noticed in your screen shots that you were viewing the item list within the editor. I've been just looking at them in notepad and then pulling the IDs that I need but I can't seem to get the item tab within the editor to actually show any of the items. Any idea what might be going on? I actually just encountered another error, not sure what would cause this one though.
Nvm, the 2nd error was due to the save still being up in Horizon. I'll leave the screenshot up incase anyone else encounters a similar error though.

For those of you getting the Path cannot be null.Parameter name: path error are you guys by any chance attempting to edit the ultimate start save provided by Idlehands? The reason I ask this is because I have used Dev PUR3 RAF3X editor with multiple save files and never received that error until I tried to open up Idlehands' save. Rehashing and resigning the save it will load fine but even after you save your game after some progress if you attempt to extract and edit the save this error will still show up
