Good high jump technique but not an accurate measurement of vertical height. your vertical is how far you feet are off of the ground when your legs are not bent. My vertical is probably anywhere from 28 to 32". if I were to bring my knees up I would add like 8 to 10" but my head would still be at the same height. If he could do 64" with his legs straight he could dunk a rim at 12' or close to it seeing as how he is probably around 6'0"-6'1". Doing the technique in the video probably wouldnt even get him dunking a 10' rim.
To get vertical leap you stand and put your hand as far as it will go up than you jump and hit as high as you can go than you measure the difference of the two marks that is your vertical leap
