Everything already runs smootly for pc...accept for the final signature fix (witch causes the corruption).
The signature is at the EOF 0x50 bytes long.
If we can figure out how the signature is generated then we may be able to fix the corruption for pc...its still being looked on, till then i dont suggest u edit the pc saves with this tool.
I don't know if it'll be of any use, but I noticed when I start the editor and load the save, it checks as if I defeated bosses that I haven't encountered yet. The inventory editor seems to be working fine despite the final sig check that corrupts the save. It's definitely a difficult task, but great job so far. Keep going!
Thanks for version 3.0.7.0!
Using this tool and the Dark Souls Character Planner has made PvP'ing a real treat. Thanks for all the hard work guys! Look forward to the new version, though I seem to be fine with 3.0.7.0 as long as I level up 1 in the game, so I usually set everything one soul level before what I actually want, then afterwards pick up a non-stackable item. I've been able to drop items etc.
Are you saying the boss indicator thing doesn't show the correct bosses for PC saves? I only made that with Xbox in mind, so it's quite likely that going from big-endian to little-endian messed up the order. If that happened with an Xbox save, I guess I have even more work to do on that feature. I just made it do what I thought would work, but I didn't get a chance to test it and it doesn't actually work.
I'm guessing leveling up once is to correct your health if it happens to be a bit off, but do you actually need to pick up an item with this version? I thought I fixed that item bug in version 3.0.6.0.
Nice Work! Pretty good editor.
Thanks for this great job...much appreciated
