just try it and notice that it mods the weapon kills in the 'dog tags > title' section. i put each weapon kill for 2000 kills and once i enter the dog tag section i got an achievement for a level-four title. each weapon listed in the editor, for me now are level-4 and it says for 1000 kills in game.
i hope you can add modding the weapon stats the skill shop use and the other weapons in the title section.
anyway, nice editor.

Ah nice catch, so it is modding the kills in the game somewhere, "Dog Tags" but its just not modding the amount of kills you have per weapon in the records stats screen, thus not unlocking the X/1500 pistol kills and unlocking the Skills.

Editor wouldn't open my save since I already have my skill points modded. Said my parameters had to be in the min and max.

Most likely because your Skill Points are over 100,000 and the Editor won't read anything above that.

Thanks for clarifying what it mods, a lot of people said it doesn't stick besides the skill points but it does lol just not what I was trying to mod
For everyone who is trying to mod the kills, once you do go look on the main menu and go to Dog Tags or something like that and it will show you're modded kills.

the ones who have the game and tested the modded skills points
can u upload a pic of the screen where u would use those skill points
if possible so that we would know what is the max skill points needed to max all stats out...it would help the editor makers too
u wouldnt want people to go crazy and put 999999999 skill points when only maybe 9999 will be needed to max out every stat
