Borderlands 2 Save Editor Revision 77
I am going to post the things I have found here that can be done with this editor.
Under the Raw tab BlackMarketUpgrades is where you can upgrade your ammo capacity. Make sure you have already bought all SDU's or it won't work properly. You should have 9 rows total of 99999.

Under the Raw tab ResourceData is where you can set how much ammo you have on hand without having to buy it.

This basically gives Unlimited ammo.
Remove unwanted skill points by setting these values to 0 and make sure you skill tree is filled before removing unwanted points.

This is how to extract the code for weapons like BL2(B3gvqgprtICUCbFUsaqcfKkbn9KI2tV46DZk7iEASzo=) which can be used in the paste code button.
Right click the weapon/item and choose copy code. You can also duplicate and delete items here.

To use the pastecode button you must have the copied code you want and click pastecode which adds the item to your inventory.

I will add to this as I find more things that are useful.

Also under that same tab is where you can specify how many SDU's (where it says UpgradeLevel 6) for that particular weapon you have instead of BlackMarketUpgrades. So once you have a large amount you can hold "SDU's" you can type in the area "Amount" the amount you need to fill your ammo storage instead of wasting time buying it all.

In image 2 that is exactly what changing those values do is fill your ammo. The first image shows how to change the capacity. Although changing the upgrade level might change your ammo capacity also I have not tried it that way.
Updated with how to remove unecessary skill points.
Re: Borderlands 2 Save Editor Revision 70
I also want to add something as this was a question I had myself.
If you have the Mech DLC and don't want to level it up and go straight to PT2.5. You can take the .sav from you completed character and change it to the Mech. Then just load it up in your Xbox save it and add the skill points to max out.
Has anyone figured out how to mod in Mechro class mods? Doesn't seem to be working.
