RE6SE: Resident Evil 6 Save Editor v1.4
I have tested it only on my own save, but I hope it works also for you (^_^!)
Requieres Java installed on your computer.
Features:
- All campaing chapters with S rank
- All mercenaries levels with S rank
- All characters and costumes
- All skills
- Training skill: Set in the first skill slot in both campaing and mercenaries modes.
- All extras
- All medals
- Stats for mercenaries and agent hunt
- Stats for enemies
- Stats for weapons
- Miscellaneous stats (game time, distances, rescues...)
- Dog tags
- Skill points
- Custom weapon for any character (i.e.: Ada with rocket launcher)
- Increment stock: increments your items and weapons. Lets you fire without reloading for a while
How to use:
- Extract your save from your X360 storage device
- Load it in this tool, modify and save it.
- Rehash, resign and inject it to your X360 storage device
- Load your new save and enjoy it!
Note: Use Horizon or a similar tool to extract, rehash, resign and inject your save
CAUTION!
Make a backup of your original save.
Use this tool at your own risk.
Changes v1.4:
- Added "Mutant hand" to custom weapon
- Added "First aid spray" to custom weapon
- Fixed some weapon names
Changes v1.3:
- Added "Hand to hand" to custom weapon
- Added its own button to "Training skill"
Changes v1.2:
- Added "Dog tags"
- Added "Stats: Miscellaneous"
- "All extras" now also sets the number of found serpent emblems to 80
- "All mercenaries levels with S rank" now clears 10 levels instead of 6

Excellent work.
Do the weapon stats actually apply properly now? So that you can buy the skills that require 800 Magnum Kills, 1500 Handgun Kills, etc..

Thanks. To be honest I have not tested that. But if you apply "All skills" you get all skills, including Magnum master, etc.
EDIT: I have tested it and weapon stats unlocks all those skills :)

How do you use this program? I believe I have Java on my computer, but I can't open any of the files.

It should run double clicking on the .JAR file
You can also run it width this command:

java -jar "RE6 Save Editor.jar"
Try to reinstall Java Runtime Environment (JRE).

I might just be doing something wrong but I can't seem to get the custom weapons to work i gave everyone the lightening hawk. what am i doing wrong?

can get the .jar to work at all. ever seen this file ext before.. im on windows 7 sp1 ny help

In the tool, in About->Weapon, it is explained how it works.
Custom weapons are added to subweapon/grenades menu [UP/DOWN] D-PAD

Selecting "Increment stock" you get 99 "herbs" that can be used with [RB]
Also, you get enough (I hope) ammunition for clearing a chapter.

Hm. So far the game refuses to load after modding the Save.
Tried with Horizon and Modio, both didn't work. Just getting a black screen after loading it up.

Yeah i know i didn't mention it, but I followed those instruction and still didn't recieve the weapon in the grenade menu. If this feature worked for anyone else please tell me what I'm doing wrong... is it becuase I selected the lightening hawk for everyone or what... and another question when it does work whats the ammo gonna be like for that weapon

This thing works beautifully only thing is i cant get into my merc skills after modding....may require future dlc or maybe the editor needs something fixed or added. Everything seems to work as its supposed to i love this thing, thanks. I was waiting for a indepth editor like this hopefully it will get updated to have more things like emblems or fix the issue with loading the skills page in mercs. Anyways thanks this thing is awesome hope you all have fun with it.

what weapons did you use for the custom weapon slot... I think that me trying to use a weapon i didn't unlock in the game yet may be the reason its not working for me... when i use this it all i get is an empty ammo box in a grenade slot
Awsome job on the editor everything else worked for me but one feature
On a seperate note: on a message board somewhere, someone was able to unlock a hidden skill called "training" through Horizon that supposidly gives the play inf ammo an all weapons as well as inf health tabs... is that possible here

Awesome work! I tried just the all skills unlocked and it worked. So now I have all the inf ammo skills and still have to beat like, 3 campaigns LoL!

I hope that it is true it would be awesome to have Inf ammo on the weapons but would that apply to the RPG or any other thing that is not classified into the catagorys that we all ready have

For the people who got this to work - Please describe what you did.
It's still not working for me, and I have no idea why that is.
I'm starting to think it might be because of the fact that another editor was used before this on the Save. (Kill_seth's).

You made a small mistake with their Names you have Sherry listed as Sheril, its nothing major but I thought I'd let you know

I have updated the tool to version 1.1
Changes:
- Custom weapon should work for everyone now. It also add more default ammunition.
- "Training" skill added. Select "All skills" and it will added to the first skill slot (left side of skills screen) Bear in mind that using this skill you will not get any point. Use "Increment stock" to get a lot of ammunition that you can use without reloading.
- Now it is possible to enter merceraries skills after using "All extras" option.
- Sheril changed to Sherry ^^!

What do you mean with "you will not get any points" ?
You mean you won't get any medallions after the end of a chapter?
Also,.... I still can't seem to get it to work on my Save. Still black screening.

"Training" skill and Custom weapon works fine !!! Thx a lot !!! But when I choose a custom gun I can't go back to the normal weapons. =/

The skill description says you will get no points when using it. I think it means that after finishing a chapter your score will be 0, so you get the lowest rank.

After selecting a custom weapon, you must enter inventory menu to select another weapon (Y, RB)
I'll give that a try later. I'll post back the results.

You have to go in and out of the menu a few times and try it a couple times, and try switching to grenades or whatever and then switching weapons.
Also, I added the "Bear Commander" and Leon sometimes gets stuck in a loop where he keeps trying to take the gun out of his back really fast, it makes him walk really slow and it's harder to switch weapons.
