Also, I added the "Bear Commander" and Leon sometimes gets stuck in a loop where he keeps trying to take the gun out of his back really fast, it makes him walk really slow and it's harder to switch weapons.
Since it is a hack, and your are using weapons that you should not, the game can get stuck. There is no solution for that.
As explained in the About->Weapons:
CUSTOM WEAPONS:
They will be added to subweapon menu (UP/DOWN D-PAD).
After selecting a custom weapon, you must enter inventory menu
to select another weapon (Y, RB)
NOTE: Some weapon-character combinations can cause problems when
reloading and/or changing weapon mode. Avoid doing it!
FAST FIRING:
If you used 'Increment stock' option you can fire without reloading for a while,
but you must not reload (X) or change weapon mode (LT + Y).
If you want to select a different weapon mode (i.e.: normal/explosive arrows),
do it from item menu BEFORE using the weapon.

Ya It's no big deal I just save and put it back through the editor :) Thanks a lot for this tool. I know it's "survival" horror but I just have to much fun mowing down all the zombies with edited/infinite ammo and weapons I'm not supposed to have. I remember using gameshark for RE2 on PS1 and having infinite rocket launcher/magnum ammo. So many friggen hours of fun!

Yep, I know what you mean. I tried 'rocket launcher' + 'increment stock' and the only zombies that were still moving were the ones in the videos.

I tried 'flashbang' + 'increment stock' for Leon and Helena but only increment stock worked, not see flashbang grenade, I was enter inventory menu. Why?

I don't know. Perhaps the game resets some items value when starting a new game/chapter.
