Resident Evil Revelations Hex Values for all weapons & all parts
In most case when searching for the weapon you want to mod it will often be the first one found, unless you own more then one of the same weapon.
I tries to make it as easy as possible for people to be able to edit there guns and mods/parts
i have only modded the weapons for raid mode, so i am not sure if they can be modded for campaign also? Campaign also has mods/parts that are not available in raid mode so i did not include those is the mods/parts list since i did not even try to mod the campaign guns.
If you get a message about dlc items after modding in some mods/parts other than the ones i have listed in the dlc only list don't worry they can still be added to yours guns later. Some of the mods/parts can only be obtained legit on the ghost ship, so once you have played through the ghost ship once you should be able to add the mods/parts you wanted.
I am not sure if you can give your self these weapons or mods/parts because i believe they are DLC only items:
Mods/Parts:
07 30 00 - S.T.A.R.S. - Firepower goes up by 4% and critical hit rate goes up by 10%
07 30 20 - BSAA - pistol, rifle & magnum – Every time you inflict damage on an enemy, you will regain 1% HP and have a 12% chance of earning BP when you defeat the enemy.
07 30 10 - FBC – Firepower increases the closer enemies are within 4 meters (max is 8%); =10% for strong enemies and goes down 30% for normal enemies
Rocket Launcher

that happened to me also until i played through the ghost ship. i am assuming its because the ghost ship is a bonus level and the only place you can actually get some of the mods/parts

i never actually tries to mod campaign weapons, short of use Idlehands88's editor to give my self the inf rocket launcher.

Wow, nice , really great informations
however there are something you should expand if possible
you know when you are upgrading a weapon to a rare weapon ?
like "Dictator" it takes away some of your movement + Recoil
If it is possible you should look into that and find somewhere to fix the movement and recoil of the characters if its possible
or just movement maybe, like the main movement speed for your character and not by weapon or something like that
that would be really great, because now it is really sweet to have one of these awesome weapons, but you are running so slow
that you could get caught by monsters if you dont have stopping power and daze etc
If you do find a way, please update it in your list :-)

i am not a dev in any way, and i was only able to figure out how to mod the guns/mods and give my findings to others.
as far as i know you can not modify your running/moving speed or the recoil because they are part of the named/rare weapons stats. im not saying there is no way to mod the recoil/movement but as i said earlier im not a dev so a dev may have to figure it out if it can be done. maybe there is a way to make your character move faster but i am not sure how to find it.

Oh well, i don't know much about the Dev's around here i'm quite new to this whole modding thing, i got the RE Revelation game about 1 month ago,
and after completing everything i gave this a shot as i also did back in RE 1 - 3 and Code Veronica X, mostly those were with Trainers, but again on PC
now that i'm into this Xbox thing, i would like to learn, but this takes alittle to understand and figure out everything.
I Wish a Dev would read this and try to figure it out though,
or if you could inform someone would be great :-)
I don't have much time so when im home i just try to enjoy the game and code a few things for my time playing.
If you figure out something or a Dev checked it and found out something.

I agree. And a lot of times you have to understand a lot of people who find these values just don't tell anyone.

well i tried to write to a dev from the forum, i wrote 2 times the past 4 days, and i can see he is online and such but hes not responding,
i guess thats what you get from moderators from a forum that doesnt respond to it's users, i don't like that ._.
I myself part of administrating some other stuffs but PC wide, game and forum, i do always reply to everyone typing, can't be that hard ._. seriously.

yes the 3C and 06 are the level and slots I can't figure which is for firepower,RoF,and Capacity btw this is for game genie

thx to Diva i was informed that a POS on another forrum was trying to take credit for the hex values i found and even went as far as to screen cap my post with values claiming it as his hard work, lol
the funniest part is the screen caps even show the very bottom of my post that says "This is intended for use only on 360haven.com so please do not post this on other web sites, i don't mind you linking it to this page but do not post it on other forums."

Great post so far, thanks for all the values.
I was trying to mod a Muramasa in my game, but I haven't been able to find out properly how to do it yet. The values seem a bit different in my Save. (Or rather the locations of them).
Hopefully I can get this to work still later. Wouldn't mind having a Rifle with max damage and ammo.

Values are a bit weird for levels, it's not direct decimal to hex conversion. (e.g 25 decimal is not 19 in hex for the weapon's level).
But it's still working anyways. Still wonder if it's possible to modify Campaign weapons too.

what do you mean so far? those are all the raid weapon values, lol
as for modding Muramasa if you don't already have one in your inventory, you can buy any weapon in the store and just change that weapons values to the Muramasa values i have done it to get all the named weapons. in most case when you are wanting to mod a certain weapon i found it easier to add the weapon you want to mod to your load out so it will usually be the first weapon that comes up in your search. i have tried to make it as easy as i could with the color coding but if you want i can try and mod your save for you if you upload it and you tell me what you want modded?

Technically you could swap Jessica over Jill, but there are some scripted events/inventory issues that will prevent you from making progress in the game. In some cases, enemies won't even spawn, and you won't have any items/weapons. These values basically correspond with the Outfit Selection menu, you unlock when you beat the game once. It's best not to even bother trying to swap a different character over another.
