How to use it:
1. Extract the File(s) from your gamesave (XBOX)
2. Load the File into the Tool (PC/XBOX)
3. Press Decrypt (PC/XBOX)
4. Mod whatever you need to in the File (PC/XBOX)
5. Load the File into the Tool (PC/XBOX)
6. Press Encrypt (PC/XBOX)
7. Replace the File(s) back into your gamesave (XBOX)
8. Rehash/Resign (XBOX)

Like always i also added a nice little Tune... Beware the Savestructure is complicated, especially
on PC because it was additionally Bitencoded, i provided some Assembler Functions for En/Decoding
but still potential Saveeditor Coders will have some work to do on both Systems...

Well, its far away from an Editor, it only decrypts/encrypts... I provided some Functions for PC but still there is a lot of Work to do for potential Saveeditor Makers... But there is also a another Project for Cheatengine which has some Tables for the Items and also the InMemory Encryptions which are almost the same as for the Savestructure... On XBox its a bit easier, but still not as simple as searching and replace Values... Also most of the Values are used as PRNG Seeds Ingame for all the Randomgenerated Event in Game, editing those is nonesense... The only Things editable are Characters, Weapons, Stockpiles and such things but they need to be read and written correctly and for PC they need to be bitdecoded, modded and bitencoded...

Awesome job on this tool. Does this mean someone might be able to work on modding saves for the Breakdown DLC now or will that require something else?

I don't know if it works with the DLC because i don't have it, but if the Encryption is the same it will, but if the ID's changed i will need to add the new ID's for Fileidentification.
Also the same for PC, there are different ID's, i only support the ID "000A" currently because its the Release i have, if there are new ones i will need the new Release and manually
unpack the Steamexecutable to look what is different.
The Xbox Version are anyway easier to mod once decrypted and its quite possible that the DLC does not affect the Saves, simply try it or send me a Save.
