also when i try to open the APP.DAT that comes in the one you gave it says PS3 im using 360 save so dunno if that has anything to do with it. I'll try making a fresh unmodded save and give it to you

I found this (obviously machine translated) list of BSD codes that might help with finding the offsets for the number of defeated monsters. Maybe you can even un-extinct them that way :).
Also, has anyone had any success duplicating abilities? When I paste write an ability in HxD (the abilities are 32 blocks long, right?) into the nulled space reserved for extra abilities (at least I assume that's the correct space, the abilities plus the nulled space is exactly 400 sets of blocks long), nothing happens.
