Minecraft leaderboard stats editor tool doesn't work
Hey,
So I used the minecraft leaderboard stats editor tool for xbox360 and do all right , but the leaderboard doesn't change (I tried few times, play in a survival map and showed in the leaderboard but in the lase places and just with what i did in the map and not what i edited in the tool...) , I just did a search about it and I found that just the minecraft trial game from the xbox game store has the 5871f...GPD and the minecraft XBOX360 Edition has another GPD! (4AD...) , But I can't edit in the tool the minecraft xbox360 edition gpd...
Please help me, Thank you so much!!!
P.S. - Here the release : http://www.360haven.com/forums/threa...-stats-editor/

Re: Minecraft leaderboard stats editor tool doesn't work
Only thing I think would be causing the issue is that you need to stay Offline until you have the modded GPD in your Profile. If you sign into XBL after to extract the GPD, then the GPD you just extracted becomes useless and will not work anymore.

So If I went online after I mod my gpd, it won't work? But if I stay online some time, move my profile and mod my GPD , It will work?

No, when you go to mod your GPD you HAVE to stay offline until you put the modded GPD back into your Gamertag. If you connect to Xbox LIVE while still modding the GPD or before you add the modded GPD file back into your Gamertag, then the GPD you are modding becomes useless and will not work. Once you connect to LIVE you get a new GPD file that is synced to Microsoft's servers. So if you try to use an old GPD file Microsoft's server will overwrite it with the newer unmodded version. That is why you have to stay Offline when modded a GPD because you are modding your new GPD and not an old GPD.

But I modded my GPD and it's staying with the values that I put in the GPD, So if I stay offline for some time and move my profile to dok, extract my GPD and mod it again (but it with the same values that i modded) It will work?
Thanks!!!

Re: Minecraft leaderboard stats editor tool doesn't work
Stay offline the entire time. Whatever is connecting you to the internet, physically disconnect it from your console (if it's built in wireless then tell your console to forget the connection completely). At no point during the entire process should you be online. Everything below this line should be done entirely offline. Don't even give your console a chance to connect.
------------------OFFLINE------------------
Now move your profile to the computer and mod the GPD. Inject the modded GPD into your profile, then rehash and resign your profile. Move the profile back onto your console. Sign into your profile, but do not sign into Xbox Live (remember, you physically disconnected your internet from the console). It is not enough to let your profile connect to the internet and just sign out afterwards, you should simply not be able to connect to Xbox Live at all.
Start up Minecraft and play it for a few minutes offline. Actually play it, don't just let it sit; make some changes, craft a few things. Do something that would cause some legitimate changes to the GPD. Now save your game, exit out of Minecraft, and turn off your console. Remember, up to this point your console should not have even had access to the internet. Everything has to be done completely offline.
------------------ONLINE------------------
NOW you can sign into Xbox Live. Start Minecraft again, and then start playing instead of looking at the leaderboards. Starting up your save will allow Minecraft to see the new offline GPD and update the leaderboards accordingly. Again, actually play around for a few minutes. This will cause even more legitimate changes to the GPD, but more importantly it will ensure that the mods to the GPD will stick and carry over to the servers.
A lot of these steps are completely unnecessary. But at least this way you will absolutely ENSURE that you'll get results. The only way this method won't work is if you're modding the GPD incorrectly (or are modding the wrong GPD).

Yes. If you do it all exactly like how I said, it will work. Assuming, of course, you're modding the correct GPD and are modding it the correct way. As far as getting the changes to stick, my method WILL work.

Re: Minecraft leaderboard stats editor tool doesn't work
Play offline for a bit and save the game
Go mod your stats and after start the game offline
Play for about 2 minutes
Plug in your ethernet cable or wireless receiver
Connect to xbox live while in the middle of the game
Save and exit
This may or may not work but it helped me when i needed to edit my borderlands 2 GPD without it downloading my old modded GPD

You can try, but probably not. If you know which GPD corresponds with your version of the game, and then mod it instead.

Perhaps the editor just doesn't work with the hard copy version of the game. If that's the case, then I don't know what to tell you. I'm sorry.
