Risen 3: Titan Lords unveiled for Xbox 360 - first screenshots of new RPG
Piranha Bytes Return To Their Roots With Classic RPG."
Deep Silver has announced Risen 3: Titan Lords for Xbox 360 - a "new" yet "classic" RPG in which players tour "a handcrafted role-playing world full of rugged charm where every decision changes the course of the story". It's out in August 2014, and you can check out the first screenshots below.
The story sees a young warrior setting out to reclaim his soul in the midst of gathering darkness. "The banned Mages could be powerful allies on his quest," notes the release. "To get their help, he needs to find the Mage sanctuary on Taranis, also known as the Island of Thunder.
"Protected by the Guardians, the Mages search the mines of Taranis for crystals loaded with magic energy. Will the player join the Guardians to get in contact with the Mages? Or will he choose one of the other guilds in Risen 3 to reach his goals?"
Presumably, you'll be hacking and blasting many a fell beast in the process, whichever story branch you choose.
"Like a carpenter with a handcrafted piece of furniture, we put together the story, the characters and the landscape until it all fits and the player has the possibility to discover things all around the place," observed Piranha Bytes project lead Bjoern Pankratz in the same release. "You can try out and find things that others might not. Exploration is the key to our game."

Great news. I liked both Risen 1 and 2. Can't wait for it to be released.

I started to play Risen once, but I stopped because the graphic was horrible, but this one looks great, besides the graphic technology has advance a lot today, I imagine this part is not gonna be an issue for me to give a try to this one.
Thanks thumbs32....nice shared
