Re: Dark Souls II Parameter Editor
For people using LaFluffie, make sure you inject the file not replace. If you choose to replace it will increase the file size and basically corrupt the save. This is what happened to me the first time.

Re: Dark Souls II Parameter Editor
So seems like an asshole posted a modded save that has the damage mods... Not mentioning the site... Looks like I will never be releasing these kinds of mods again...

I'm not 100% sure, but i believe update 1.02 fixed it so it no longer works. It might be just for ps3 users and not xbox360 i would test it on 360 but i do not have the game for that console (i play offline all the time and it no longer works for offline mode).

what do you expect seriously bro, and you put a Moderators or higher on the Damage thing on didn't you so you can only blame staff on here..... as only Mods or higher can do it so its not the little people who you blocked from using it, not even VIP or Donators as they couldn't even do Damage only Mods, I've just seen it myself

Re: Dark Souls II Parameter Editor
Hopefully it won't be too widespread with idiots using that save online, I did a bunch invasions in the last few hours and every player had regular hp. I got accused of cheating though because I 1-shotted a guy with my hex lol. Great resonant soul with fully upgraded black witch staff, magic+ headgear, and dark pilgrim ring, hit him for about 1350. I guess it was just a matter of time before someone released a "god" save though, hopefully anyone who downloaded it will have the decency to use it for offline only.

You shouldn't worry man there will always be douchebags that think they are above things so they can get some kind of credit for something they had no hand in making. It's how this new generation of kids are(meant in a vague broad sense). It will get patched so the save will be useless in a few weeks, but this crap is why people can't have nice things.

Re: Dark Souls II Parameter Editor
Hey Idle next time you do something like this keep it behind closed doors only share it to the people who you trust or don't share it at all if people don't know about it, then they have nothing to moan about but me personally I don't want thousands of people running around ruining online and if people want that then I say let them I guarantee it will be a lot more moaning, but you can't please two sides of the same coin unfortunately still I love your work and I respect your decision on what you do!
-
Re: Dark Souls II Parameter Editor
I downloaded the file before it was taken off but you won't see me online aside for netflix and COD. I'm sorry this will make you not mod things like this, it's so cool for people like me that just want to completely dominate the game. Idle knows my GT so I won't post it but anyways, I hope it doesn't become an issue online.
I downloded the game save that has all the items about to NG+ and added the modded content file.

If anyone with that save invades me, I'm going to F*** them up! I have 100% God Mode, even against other Damage modders lol. Also Seph said that the file wasn't made on the newest Calibration, so they can't get online with it (hopefully).

If I knew how to hex edit I'd be right there with you, but can revel in the fact i can be online and never be invaded so it works

Re: Dark Souls II Parameter Editor
I am having an issue. I've done everything and when I load my game it says "File unable to save." It happens after I've selected my character. Any ideas on what I did wrong?

seph is wrong bro after you said about it I grabbed it and tried it and it does work with the latest calibration online and invading people I did it once to test and it is 100% as it says impossible to die unless fall of the edge huge hp that doesn't go down at all I stood there while someone was beating on my for ages I made a new save just to test and its 1 hit kill on pvp and single player but I can confirm 100% it does work that user data 15 someone uploaded to xpg, using your method not the one he posted as he said cancel the calibration, i used what you said where you let it calibrate the remove the usb and replace the user data 15 with his and then do what you said, it does work.
And again might I say you only allowed moderators or higher to do damage mod on pvp so people saying it will be some silly kid that may be but ONLY A MOD could of do it or leaked it so look to the staff
But I wasn't having a go I just do agree with it, but I tested it and saw some where saying it wouldn't work with latest calibration well it does online in PVP 100% work i'll send you my save if you want it was brand new I modded all the stats and items only palyed 20mins on it use you method take the user data 15 off it first and see it does still work, most are stupid and will reset it first anyway so I doubt it will get ruined the PVP
I will say however someone today or tomorrow is relesing the exact same thing as yours on there already very popular editor and rte for free to the wide public so yeah it may get screwed lol

No staff member leaked it. If anything it was an XPG loser that reversed my Editor (like they ALWAYS do). Then modded the save using the Offsets they got from my Editor... But as I said, if I run into any of them abusing the OHKO in PvP, I'm going to F*** them up......

Seeing as how Sephiroth, cybersam and Original Boss are the only ones that Liked the post. If you say it WAS one of the Staff members, it would have had to have been one of those 3. And I doubt that A LOT more then I do that it was an XPG thief.

I'd have to say a XPG thief. But on a side note, let me settle in here and watch this thread.

I have successfully modded my DATA15, but didn't see any changes in game oO. Stamina recovery is the same, and items still broke.

Ya the weapon has to hit something (a wall or enemy) for the Durability to go back up. If it doesn't then the Durability will still break. I know how to fix it and will work on an Update to the Editor to add full Infinite Durability.

Yay! Thank you. This kinda bugged me. I got into the habit of smacking walls with my Boss And Special Swords. People look at me like dafuq xD

Re: Dark Souls II Parameter Editor
I'm not managing to somehow mod my save. Tried everything, the calibration I make in the save from the HD them I quit and load the usb save. Still no change in the stamina recovery, but when I load my DATA15 again in the pc the values are already modded oO.
Can you look in my save?

You won't see anything just trying to open the usb with windows, you need a program that read the xbox data on there. Horizon is free and it works good, once you have that installed, open horizon and plug in your usb, it will show up in horizon, drag your full save (GAME_0000) to your desktop or another folder before doing anything so you have a backup of your unmodded save (always do this when modding any game). After that just double click your darksouls save in horizon which will bring up a window showing the save container with your console id etc. Click the contents tab and you will see all the data files (user_data01 etc), right click user_data15 and extract it, then follow the instructions in the first post to mod your parameters.

for those on ps3, this mod can only work using offline mode unless you are on cfw. there's no way it can work by using ofw.

I am sorry but you are the one whom is wrong, it was an xpg theif. Hell all you have to do is look at their editor and mod a save with there nifty little give 100 items x 99 whatever crap and it is just Idle's modded start save that they broke down to put in the editor.

Re: Dark Souls II Parameter Editor
I guess something was fishy in regards to the save uploaded at XP. Well I managed to download it and it works like a charm but there is one thing that BREAKS it. It's the One hit kill that not just one hits the enemies but online players as well.
You see without that "One Hit Kill " the save is pretty much quite harmless with the other implementation of hacks such as infinite stamina and durability that don't quite bend the online experience. And the same goes with the hack in this save that gives the player health when attacked by enemies sense only enemies in the game cannot harm the player While PVP invaders can still harm/kill you without a problem.
I tested it out myself and will have to say it will be considered a problem if many get their hands on that save for abusive PVP purposes and if they manage to know how to get by the calibrations. So I completely understand you idle for the restrictions upon your editor.
But now I will ask, Idlehands, can I upload my save to you so you can remove the One hit kill hack? The save would be perfect without it sense even if I play online, without the one hit kill, PVP players that invade will have same advantage as me sense they can still kill me.

yes this tool made for xbox360, but using this parameter editor i manage to get to run on ps3 ofw offline. the diff between xbox and ps3 is xbox can easily move the save and ps3 cant. by using cfw, you are freely to move the game's save. since the calibration run every disc loading on new save, userdata15 cant be replace once the calibration run. i can do all the parameter mod offline, once i try online, calibration will replace the userdata15 and i cant do anymore.
