i cant figure out what im doing wrong
i tried this a ton of ways last night following idles instructions and either it gives me an error trying to add the modded user data 15 into my save or it adds it but corrupts my save

I've looked, but it seems if you are Online in the game, the game loads the Parameter files from their server. We could try getting a DNS server setup like how GTAV had. That way we can trick the game into downloading the modded USER_DATA15 file from our DNS server instead of from their server... But I don't know how to set that up LOL.

if it that simple then you need to find out how the game is downloading that file.... then all you need is tunnel the connection through your pc and link to the modded file...
ofcourse this sounds very easy in theory ^_^
though i'd be interested to know how they download that file...

Not sure, it was the newest Title Update that is doing it, so it might/should be in the TU file?

No, since the mods still work in Offline Mode without deleting the TU. It wouldn't be in the GPD.
