just saying, the illusory rings are not cut content. They're just very difficult to get. One of them you get for beating the game without dying, and the other one for beating the game without resting at a bonfire. They make your left and right hand weapons invisible

Just to clear things up for anyone that hasn't put a ton of hours into the game.
The "Illusory Ring of the Vengeful" and the "Illusory Ring of the Guilty" are cut and listed as items in the editor.
The other two rings you are talking about are "Illusory Ring Of A Conqueror & Illusory Ring Of The Exalted" are in the game, and as you said very difficult to get.
IMHO You think for finishing the game without dieing or using a bonfire you would get something better then these rings.

Couple more things ive noticed.. 1. legit stat calculation doesnt save what it changes, (souls memory just gets added on to existing soul memory), and, if I say, max all my stats with legit stats calculation on, turn it off, then change my soul level, then go ingame, itll reset my soul level back to what it was originally with the legit stats calculation. Edit: Actually, everything gets mixed up.. items, spells, armor, rings, weapons, are all randomly equipped..
Edit edit: The empty slots also still have items equipped to them, even though I cant see them.
I noticed that, the easy way to get around this is just add what you want in your inventory and then put it on in game trust me it's so much easier that way, I added 1 of everything that you could possibly have that he has, well no key's of course but it worked nothing got placed wrong.

already tried all possible ways and possible quantities and when I put the game it hangs at splash screen does not know what else to do for Honeycomb make a tutorial to use this 2 darks souls editor was very grateful and I will make a contribution

my problem is i used it the first time and everything worked out right and i was able to play i just did it for a test. But then when i re did it to fix it to be the perfect way i want i only go too 100k for my amount of souls,i used the legit stat as well instead. ive added like 2 sets of armor 3 swords 2 bows 200 arrows and 100 of each titanite but for some reason when i put it back onto my xbox start the game and i click on my character it goes into the loading screen and freezes my xbox. at first i thought it may have been that i had overwritten the first character but it was not because i started a fresh one and used a fresh backup from before i modded the first one. any help would be great

whoops my mistake. Those rings can actually be really useful in pvp for those who use multiple weapons, switching between say a greatbow, the blue flame, and a large heavy weapon can give you access to strong ranged attacks, short ranged melee and long ranged melee, and magic. And they'll never know what you'll be using

I was having the save issue and I found the Ashen Mist Heart is the spells section of the inventory screen. I removed the Ashen Mist Heart and the Dull Ember from the characters inventory and it fixed the problem. It should be in the same inventory tab as all the souls and random items. Hope that helps..

Work the first time, load only one character, but my save have 10 characters.
And now dont work, the program say "Your loaded Dark Souls 2 Savegame not contains any used slots... please make a slot before loading it."

I'm going to assume it automatically changed the name to something like "-0000_Game.bak" or something similar... just change the name of the back up back to "-0000_Game" (no quotations obviously), then go into horizon or whatever you are using... inject file, and when it asks you if you want to replace it say yes. Rehash+Resign. As for all these bugs, I have yet to come across anything serious yet. Common sense kinda gave the Ashen Heart thing away for me, the only thing I've ran into was that the spell uses don't stick. I already saw that coming being as i already tried hex editing them all before... so I figured it would take something parameter related to actually have an effect on that.

Yeah, I attempted that with armor spells and weapons, I removed everything in my inventory, then added everything in each section once, and then id just freeze on loadup so I stopped lol. Maybe its because I had weapon upgrade quality at 5 and it didnt like that? Is there gear that can't be upgraded? Is there cut content gear besides rings maybe?

When I'm adding mushrooms they seem to stack in the editor. But will they still be split up in packs of 99 when I load the game?

Because the game only allows a stack of 99. Although I guess it would still look strange with 4 stacks of mushrooms 99 in the inventory too
Edit: Also because I just feel safer doing it this way.

Couldn't you just mod a stack to 999 in your bonfire, then take out more when needed?

Hey Jappi... I have run into non stop save corruptions. I was able to use your tool successfully a few times, now no matter what methods I use it wont stop.(I do backup though) I noticed it first happen when I tried to add spells,hexes, or miracles, before that no problems. Now lately if I even try adding one human effigy it corrupts. Just thought I'd report it, if I can be of any help let me know.
My methods were nothing major just trying to rehash and resign with other tools. :)

Sorry if this has been asked. Has the bug where DkS2 says "Failed to Save, Returning to Main Menu" or whatever been fixed? I know you said that you fixed failure to save while using legit stats calculator, but I've never used that. I'm able to play, and in fact it'll autosave a few times, then suddenly it says that and I can't reaccess the save (it says it's corrupted).
Again, sorry if this has been asked. I can provide the save to help if it hasn't been fixed. Thank you for your hard work, Jappi.

I'm encountering a problem, (i'm on Xbox 360 BTW) whenever i modify a save, when i try to load it, dark souls II will freeze. Am i doing something wrong?
