Have you upgraded your framework to 4.5?

Extract it to the desktop. Load it from the desktop. Mod it. Save it. And replace it to the USB drive. Don't think modding straight from the USB saves. possibly a bug. But works the way I told you thou.
Re: [PS3/XB360]Dark Souls II Save Editor V1.0.1.1
okay i loaded my save manually using horizon. Now the save will load, but when the game tries to autosave, it says the game failed to save, and it kicks me back to the title screen, at which point it says my save is corrupted when i try to load it again. It also won't even let me attach the save to this post, saying that it's invalid when i try to upload it so i have no idea wtf im supposed to do. i added 2 sets of 800 soul of a great hero, reset my level to 1, changed my class to deprived, and changed my soul memory to 0. Basically i just reset my characters stats to a new char, as i wanted to rebuild him from the ground up for pvp. I also changed my playthrough to 1, redid my gestures, and i think i changed the blood covenant to 3 stars, hoping that it would actually make me a top tier blood covenant but that's never worked before so idk. please help, this is stressing me out.

Hey try using the built in USB loader within the editor. Horizon has been known to cause issues with the save causing the modded dark souls 2 save to become
Corrupt and no longer able to save. Last time I use horizon for a dark souls save it change the size if the file from 14.06 mb to 8.96 mb which cause a problem when you try to replace it in horizon as well and brought the problems I mentioned above. If you need help I will try and help you.

Then you load your save that's not corrupted etc and for Each character extract their progress, build, stats, and inventory. This is under the Tool tab. After you have all your characters stuff. Load up your new save and for each character replace their stats, build, progress, and inventory. To that one that you want it to have. Do that for each one character. Make sure you use the USB loader in the save editor. And do this exactly as I tell you.
Extract the save from the USB in the editor to your desktop and load the save into your editor from the desktop not from the USB. Insert all the files into each character that you want the files to go into. And rename the character to its original name and set it's play through number. After your finish with each character. Save it. Or save it each time. Close the save entirely and re load it. Check to make sure your inventory is there for each character. If it isn't just reinsert it back and save it. Repeat process until the save is correct.
Try this but before you do try to fix your save using the STFS fixer in the editor.

Hey does anyone have a download link for version 1.0.1.0. I'm on windows XP and so can't use net framework 4.5.

By any chance do you think you could update your windows version to windows vista or 7? But if you can't reback through the posts until you see someone talking about their 1.0.1.1 not working. I think it was Darkaxis. Ask that person in a Pm and possible he could help you but it's not a guarantee. I think it would be by far easier to just update your operation system and installs framework 4.5.
