Re: Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z MaJiN M0D V2! (Improved)
Your the best, thanks! I know my way around hex editing, and here's my GT if you want to talk or something else. Exactly how you see it is exactly how you'll find me on Xbox.
GT: RyBear Farparan
Thanks for the heads up about your V3 Mod, I'll be sure to check later for it. Unlike the people you have come across saying it was their mod, I don't talk to people about it, and in fact I try to hide it. Usually I pick SSJ Bardock Or Sage Naruto Goku with all 50s and wait until the last person hits start, then I pick the character I want and quickly ready up so they can't see my setup.
Seems I'm not so good at hex editing as I thought, I've done it before with other games but I just can't seem to do it for Battle of Z...

I forgot to mention - the save will show up as corrupt if you load it and then back out of the game and onto the main menu and load it again. You have to return back to the Xbox dashboard and restart the game. If that doesn't work, try one of my other saves. If all else fails, I'll look into the problems you're having, but I definitely know that each save in the download link functions correctly for myself.
Just so you understand fully, each and every time you load the game, you can only load it once. If you load the game twice while remaining in the game after you first loaded the save; then the second time you load the save it will appear corrupt but it won't actually be a broken save. Hope you get it working! Please report back to me if you succeed!
Re: Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z MaJiN M0D V2! (Improved)
I still have that freezing problem, it happens only sometimes and it never happened before I used the V3 save. Actually more like a 1 in 5 chance that it wont freeze in Co-op Mode and a 1 in 3 chance that it wont freeze in Battle Mode. All I did was customize some colors, put Dende's Miracle (insert card section here) on every character, bought some premium items, and change the voice, BGM volume, captions and vibrate in options. If one of those happen to be the problem, could you notify me? If its my Xbox or maybe even my connection to Xbox Live tell me because I'm willing to try anything but change back to V1 or V2. Recently it happened after I tried exiting Single Player after the saving finished so maybe saving the settings I have causes the crash. CPUzX, do you use the save without changing anything on the characters or options, or do change some things in the game? If you change some things and it doesn't freeze for you can you tell me what you did change in game so I can at least do that?
Re: Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z MaJiN M0D V2! (Improved)
Sometimes the game would freeze on me too, most likely in co-op mode, but that was only when I first modded the save. There was an error in my editing somewhere, but I corrected it before it was uploaded. That is strange.
If the game does freeze for you, you can lower the chances by going into single player and saving the game, then reloading the save.
Re: Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z MaJiN M0D V2! (Improved)
I guess I'll just have to cope with it. I'm frustrated with the game not you or your save.
Okay, so I have tried to play using the original save and didn't touch any settings, (didn't work) tried multiple ways of extracting and replacing my save with your save, (didn't work) tried multiple ways of putting my profile, console, and device ID onto your save, (didn't work) and now I'm sure its either one of three things:
1. My Xbox
2. My Connection To Others
OR
3. The way I downloaded the save, extracted, replaced, or placed the save is causing such problems
I'm going to download the save again and use that one, if it doesn't work, that's that.
