Resident Evil HD Remaster

Description:
This editor allows you to mod your time, health, amount of typewriter uses and the entire content of all item boxes.
Also you can mod the character's inventory, self-defensive items.
How to use:
1) Use Horizon (or other package manager) to extract the Resident Evil HD Remaster save (biodata.bin) from the XBox 360 device.
2) Open the biodata.bin in Horizon's Package Manager and extract the inner biodata.bin.
3) Run the editor, select your extracted save, mod what you want and save it.
4) Back in Horizon, replace the old inner biodata.bin in Horizon's Package Manager with the modded one.
5) Rehash & Resign. Done.

Download is now an attached file
BACKUP your save before using this editor!
If it doesn't work for you, please send me your save file and the error message.

omg yay cant wait to try this out love the work....also i just wanna let you know that i tried downloading this a second time and it add-pop up came and told me i had a norton virus and i dont have norton lol

I like MEGA because it's fast and free, but never know that it's a "ad-whore", which use that kind of ads. :D
Anyways, just use a Ad-Blocker and you should have no problems downloading it.
@Topic:
I'm working right now on the release version, which has a nice icon, improved code and better item editing.
So it won't be possible anymore to mod items with a amount of 0, because I've the feeling the game does not like that very much. xD
Besides of that it would be nice, if someone can tell me the rooms the chests are located in. 1 - 10 aren't that good names and the location is very important on Real-Survival-Mode.

There you are, seems to be a remaster of the remake so that should be the right one.
Also for an adblocker: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/releases It's like adblock only it's not as cpu intensive, quick as hell.

oh ya it was a quick fix with the ad-pop up just wanted to through that out their for some of the new peeps who came across that same thing cause i have to disable my ad-blocker when i log in to 360haven but man great work so far so good

i cant even load up the save. when i try it just says "unable to read beyond the streams" however here is my save. to anyone interested in this save I have already beaten every mode in the game including invisible enemy mode.

hey i'm not sure but i think its not saving the .bin file correctly cause when i pull the .bin from the gamesave and open it in the editor change what i need and want and when i hit save it says it saves..now when i close the tool out and reopen it same file it's got the same amount i had when i first opened it like it didn't save the file at all

You uploaded the STFS container, have you tried to open the extracted biodata.bin?

Hi, thanks for the great work, but I have a problem when I open the save editor and load my savedata appears to me a mistake you can not read beyond the end of the sequence, can you help me ?, My version is the first that came the start has lyrics in Japanese

Sounds like you loaded the STFS container called biodata.bin, but this container contains another biodata.bin, you have to open.
Just use Horizon's Package Manager to open the STFS container and extract the biodata.bin from there.
If you still have problems after doing this, please send me your save. Without it I can just guess what the problems is and that does not help anyone. ;)

hey man that's what cool mistakes are to be made cant wait to have this tool running...hey also saw you are missing i think 2-3 special weapons in the inventory edit section i saw you had the Infinite Rocket launcher and i also seen in some of the coding their was a Samurai Edge and some thing called a
Ingram (i think that's the Uzi)unless is was in the just named differently

omg this is beautiful! all i care about is ammo, everything else i couldn't care less about but FINALLY i can mod the crap out of my ammo to go on a zombie shooting spree! i have been dreaming about this! thanks Phily!!! you are truly a badass!!

So spent all my free time and the night yesterday to fix the problems, which caused save corruption and a lot of trouble. :D
Like you see I've added more features as an excuse, but please note that the scrollbars of the inventory is buggy so you have to use the arrow keys to navigate for now. I'm trying to fix that, but it seems it's a bug in windows forms itself.
Also you can now change the character middle in game. That however could cause problems, so use that carefully.
I hope this version works for all now, otherwise the game is driving me crazy. xD

Are you sure you open the right biodata.bin and not the STFS container, which is also called biodata.bin?

Haha yeah kick ass them all. :D
I tested ammo modding today and you can change the magazines in the inventory or straight mod the infinity handgun or rocket launcher.
But sadly you can't mod the ammo of the weapon directly, because it will reset the ammo to the max amount after shooting.

Yeah. You can glitch out the Grenade Launcher at least to have 255 Grenades though in it. This is due to a bug that existed since the NGC version where you could glitch the game and get 255 rounds lol.
At least you can indeed use the Samurai Edge if needed and Inf. Rocket Launcher. Sadly there's no way to set Infinite Herbs either, the game still uses it up even after setting the amount to 99/255, etc. (I tested this with a trainer as well to constantly make it write 255, but after using it once, it still disappears).
