You mentioned 09 00 is the PS2 ID for the Handgun of Claire and 00 90 for XBOX360, does the same apply for the rest of the Weapons?
Example:
Claire's Bowgun (Taken from your table)
## ## 07 00 (PS2)
Will become:
## ## 00 70 (XBOX360)
And:
Custom Handgun (Claire's updated Beretta)
## ## 0A 00 (PS2)
Will become:
## ## 00 A0 (XBOX360) ??

Oh I see, thanks.
I wonder if there's a hex code for the number of Saves..
If possible we could reset the number to 0, that way you can still get an A-rank in a playthrough.
(Since A-rank requires 0 Saves, except for the one free Save you get in the middle of the game right before Chris' Scenario).

I just tried to edit my Save, but I'm not sure if I'm editing the correct stuff.
I have a Combat Knife, and a Lighter in my Inventory.
This is what I found so far, please let me know if it's correct:
Code:
01 00 37 00 = Lighter (PS2)
00 37 00 01 = Lighter (XBOX360)
00 00 08 00 = Combat knife (PS2)
00 80 00 00 = Combat Knife (XBOX360)
If these are correct then I'm in the right place to start modding the Inventory.

Nope, incorrect. Loaded my Inventory after adding the Magnum and it froze up due to having garbled items.

Somthing I noticed while playing the Japanese version was that it had a level select for easy, this gave you infinite ink ribbins. Now that the US version is out there is not difficulty setting, you just start the game no option to change difficulty. Just FYI...

Funny I tried this trick for the first time and got my 9mm ammo box to show an infinite sign. Couldn't remember what I did though. Too bad. Does anyone have a save with an unlimited rocket launcher so I can find out what's the exact hex for it?

will upload today two new modded saves
1. a new startsave wich has 2 magnums and two mixed herbs (green,blue,red) all items with an infinite sign. (Magnum is a 1hit kill weapon)
2. and everybody will love the next save modded time zero saves (last savepoint in the game on normal to get the launcher chevo (rank (s) save, beat the game under 4h30min)
