Re: Aurora - Looking for a Developer
Just a small note. We will not support payed subscriptions for this app on other here. We don't like the idea of having to pay to use something that is simple. The majority of the tools implemented into this tool will be clones of the other and there will always be standalone apps that are free. If you guys intend on trying to sell subscriptions on here. I'm sorry we don't allow that. Our aim at Haven, is to release the best and reliable content free of charge for the community to use. Not once have we asked for payments. To be fair, Fee's for these AIO apps are the reason they always die in the end.

Re: Aurora - Looking for a Developer
I can agree with almost with everyone else's remarks, besides those who posted in a very dickish attitude. I don't agree with paying for mods either, nor do I want to accept to terms like that. I've been busy with school lately so I haven't done much lately with the program. So I might just quit, I did help with a lot of stuff but i will need to quit due to a lot of things.
Also, if you guys don't follow paid subscriptions then why does this site have premium then?
Re: Aurora - Looking for a Developer
We don't ask nor force ppl to buy tools we make but we do give them the option to support 360haven.
Thanks to the ads + haven donators + vip members + awesome community, we can finaly afford a dedicated server :)
you say "We are only charging to use some of the tools so we can keep the site up and running"
There are so many other ways to keep the site up and running without asking money for your tools.
Some tips for you!
1. Have a good looking site :)
2. Put some ads on your site, lol.
3. don't ask ppl money for your tools.
4. Try using google more often :)

You may be able to afford a dedicated server, but in turn you irritate people with all the adverts. Adverts are what deter people from actually using a site, take XboxMB for example, they have about 2 ads per page which is not too bad, but you have 6 ads per page.
Ads for a website which is just starting off is A BIG NO NO!

Correction - 8 - 10 ads per page for guest, 4 - 6 ads for junior members, 3 ads for senior members, 0 ads for devs, donators, vip's,etc.
But hey.. what did you expect? everything is free.. cant say about xboxmb or other modding sites lol.
