Re: [Basic] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save editor
Bit offtopic, but wow what a bunch of crybabies on GameFaqs PS3 section.

Stop bumping this thread, please. Don't tempt irrational players into using this pointless cheat. This kind of godmode cheat loses all the fun, especially for true FF fans.
Trophy *****, please go away.
^Lol.

lol, ditto! I can't believe they closed a thread that was in no way against the TUA for GameFAQ. They need to live by the saying "If you don't like what your reading on the internet, don't read it." :)
Luckily, that great information was posted before it got closed.

Re: [Basic] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save editor
Do the drop rates affect the Monster fragment drops at all? Because I changed my Microchu to have +10000% drop rate for common items. Are monster fragments considered rare items?
Re: [Basic] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save editor
Thank you jappi so much! Question, Can I modify a file more than once? I don't want to max out i just want to level up in increments from time to time (no pun).
Re: [Basic] Final Fantasy XIII-2 Save editor
Still no item editor uh. So, is there a way to modify the inventory for the xbox version of the game? There is a table about it for the ps3 version but I can't find a table for the xbox version. Also, the name of the items would be necessary...it's taking a bit long to wait this item editor, honestly :-/ Then surely the work is appreciated and we can wait for it, but if you could at least give us something to do some editing by ourselves with HxD, so we don't have to the game legit before the editor is ready...lol Jappi's editor is really excellent, but I need key items and monster materials massively, and it's not true that you can buy them all in the shop, so that's why I really need this item editor.
@off: yes you can, that's what I've been doing all the time because I don't want to annihilate the game completely, but just save some farming time with extra CP additions here and there and free Gysahl :p

just be patient... like a said before...echelo and genesis are working on this, and they release when its done..
its no use to whine about it... just play another game till the tool comes out.
if you dont have the patients i suggest you modify the save by yourself...use the the encryption build in my tool.
soo..decrypte the app.dat extracted from your savefile(Con) , and search for your items... its not hard to do.. and i think there is a explenation on how to do that few pages back...i think :P
either way , have some faith in the devs around here.

Man THIS exactly. I'm about to mod now. You have any tips on the numbers i should use or the increments? Or is it something I should just feel out?
