Heroic Difficulty Fun Save v2

This save is at the very start of the game on Heroic Difficulty

I have hexed every character so you start with
+ Level 60 Characters
+ Maximum Pips
+ Maximum Points

Instructions:
Hit someone and your character will level up to 60.
Press start and select team and then press 'X'.
Now press 'Y' and all characters will be fully leveled up.

How do you upload this save? I can't use Horizon for some reason. Probably due to the fact that it's a PHP file. I know this is an old thread but I hope someone helps.
